What You Will Be Doing

  • Perform ongoing and ad hoc reporting, analyses, and modeling to provide timely decision support for achieving company goals; typical areas of focus include pipeline, bookings, billings, renewals, product level performance, services margins, and key initiatives

  • Lead process for monthly reporting of company's Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) and related metrics including GRR/NRR, logo retention; ad hoc and monthly analysis based on industry, segments, products, cohort, etc.; managing and maintaining ARR data cube

  • Prepare weekly reports focusing on bookings, pipelines, and other financial metrics

  • Assist in annual budgeting and monthly forecast processes for revenue and expenses using Workday Adaptive Planning

  • Serve as finance business partner supporting department leaders in budgeting, forecasting, revenue/cost initiatives, and related analyses

  • Assist with monthly financial reporting and quarterly board presentations

Your Qualifications

  • 3+ years of relevant FP&A experience required, 5+ years preferred

  • 1+ years of experience in ARR or subscription-based business (especially SaaS) reporting is strongly preferred

  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel-based data collection, cleansing, and modeling required

  • Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, breakdown complex concepts, and solve problems with a growth-oriented mindset

  • Track record of integrity, self-motivation, and cross-functional collaboration required

  • Strong communication and presentation skills required

  • Organizational and multi-tasking skills, including time management and prioritization, with high attention to detail, a sense of personal accountability, and an urgency for achieving results required
