What You Will Be Doing
Perform ongoing and ad hoc reporting, analyses, and modeling to provide timely decision support for achieving company goals; typical areas of focus include pipeline, bookings, billings, renewals, product level performance, services margins, and key initiatives
Lead process for monthly reporting of company's Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) and related metrics including GRR/NRR, logo retention; ad hoc and monthly analysis based on industry, segments, products, cohort, etc.; managing and maintaining ARR data cube
Prepare weekly reports focusing on bookings, pipelines, and other financial metrics
Assist in annual budgeting and monthly forecast processes for revenue and expenses using Workday Adaptive Planning
Serve as finance business partner supporting department leaders in budgeting, forecasting, revenue/cost initiatives, and related analyses
Assist with monthly financial reporting and quarterly board presentations
Your Qualifications
3+ years of relevant FP&A experience required, 5+ years preferred
1+ years of experience in ARR or subscription-based business (especially SaaS) reporting is strongly preferred
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel-based data collection, cleansing, and modeling required
Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, breakdown complex concepts, and solve problems with a growth-oriented mindset
Track record of integrity, self-motivation, and cross-functional collaboration required
Strong communication and presentation skills required
Organizational and multi-tasking skills, including time management and prioritization, with high attention to detail, a sense of personal accountability, and an urgency for achieving results required
