Cleo is looking for a data-driven, customer-focused individual for the Product Manager/Sr. Product Manager for Cleo Integration Cloud. You will be a member of the Cleo Product Management team and will work side by side with our team to guide our product strategy and direction.

Your natural curiosity will drive you to learn about our customer’s complex technical problems and you’ll use your abilities to ask the right questions, challenge assumptions, and collaborate to find the optimal solutions.

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Drive roadmap based on extensive discovery and validation of customer needs, market trends and Cleo strategy

  • Launch new products and features, test their performance, and iterate quickly

  • Achieve growth objectives including gross margins, COGS and returns on investment for Cleo product(s) across various channels/categories

  • Define, build and test user stories, acceptance criteria and epics by working “three in a box” with Engineering and User Experience

  • Responsible for internal sales, services and support training and enablement on Cleo products

  • Analyze and recommend product enhancements based on product adoption and customer journey

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of product management experience in B2B

  • Deep experience in Cloud and SaaS/iPaaS is required

  • Technical background in building platform, microservices, APIs is a must

  • Exposure to supply chain business processes (O2C, P2P, etc) is a bonus

  • Excellent analytical / problem-solving skills

  • Strong written, verbal, presentation and communication skills

  • Ability to lead and influence via persuasion, patience, and energy

  • A passion for usability, user empathy and a knack for simplicity

  • Hands-on, willing to do whatever it takes to get quality products and features to market on time

  • BA/BS in Computer Science or related field

  • Demonstrated history or project portfolio displaying shipped products/feature

  • Strong project management and organization skills

  • Up to 10% travel when allowed
