Cleo is looking for a Senior Enterprise Project Manager to join our Services team to manage large projects ($500K - $5M) and to update Cleo’s methodology and templates in order to meet the rigorous expectations of our enterprise customers. Qualified candidates will have experience managing project teams (10+ resources) comprised of various internal functional areas, along with third-party vendors in an environment where day-to-day production functions compete with project work. This position can be based out of any of Cleo’s US office locations, or remotely from anywhere in the US – it is all about finding the right fit! Ideal candidates possess a strong background working with data translation tools, and have interest in working directly with clients to provide consultative solutions based on their business needs.
What you will be doing
Create, execute, and revise integrated project plans for end-to-end planning and completion of large enterprise integration, data movement, and/or API projects.
Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project, ensuring all elements remain within scope.
Reviews deliverables prepared by team before passing to the client.
Effectively applies Cleo methodology and enforces project standards. Update Cleo methodology and templates for use in large scale enterprise projects
Prepares for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures.
Minimizes Cleo’s exposure and risk on projects through proper tracking and change request execution.
Manages project budget.
Determines appropriate revenue recognition, ensures timely and accurate invoicing, and monitors receivables for project.
Accurately forecasts revenue, profitability, margins, bill rates and utilization.
Identifies business development, “add-on,” and expansion sales opportunities throughout the course of project execution.
Leads proposal efforts, including completing project scoping and LOE assessments.
Effectively communicates relevant project information to the Cleo Leadership Team.
Maintains awareness of new and emerging technologies and potential application to client engagements.
Manages the development of team by ensuring, when possible, that project tasks are in line with each resource’s career interests.
Remains on the forefront of emerging industry practices and actively mentors project team.
Manages day-to-day client interaction and serves as the single point of contract for Cleo when necessary.
Builds a knowledge base around each client’s business, organization and objectives.
Leads internal teams/task forces
Approves team members’ time and expense reports in an accurate and timely manner, while promptly addressing concerns.
Complies with and helps to enforce standard policies and procedures and sets the standard for personal compliance.
Bachelor’s degree in the field of project management, business management or engineering.
Certified PMP, PGMP and AGILE is a plus.
10+ years of management/project management experience.
Experience managing large-sized projects ($500K - $5M), spanning 9-18 months in duration.
Experience managing project teams (10+ resources) comprised of internal functional areas and third-party vendors.
Prior experience in EDI, MFT, API integration or data movement strongly preferred.
